MA in Spiritual Divinity

The Master of Arts in Spiritual Divinity is a 500-hour graduate-level program devoted to the advanced study and practice of integrative mysticism, noetic consciousness, and spiritual coaching in ministry. This master’s path is designed for students who have completed the Bachelor of Arts in Spiritual Divinity or possess equivalent theological or spiritual training, and who wish to deepen their leadership in faith, healing, and consciousness work.

The Master of Arts in Spiritual Divinity bridges the worlds of theology and consciousness science, guiding students through a profound exploration of quantum theology, noetic psychology, comparative mysticism, and leadership in conscious ministry. Learning is immersive and experiential—combining scripture study, contemplative practice, advanced life coaching, and practical service within community and ministry contexts.

Prerequisites

1. High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

2. BA in Spiritual Divinity or equivalent.

Learning Objectives
  • Cultivate advanced competency in mystical theology and Christ-centered consciousness.
  • Integrate principles of quantum theory, vibrational prayer, and noetic science into ministry.
  • Develop evidence-informed coaching and pastoral communication skills rooted in ethics and compassion.
  • Lead transformational ministry through experiential coaching, service, and quantum prayer fieldwork.
  • Complete a capstone mini-thesis demonstrating applied synthesis of faith, consciousness, and coaching.
The Kairos Experience

The program combines theological study, reflective journaling, and experiential mentorship. Students will engage in guided contemplative exercises, webinars, and group coaching labs with faculty mentors. Assessments are based on reflection, inner awareness, and demonstrated growth rather than rote memorization—encouraging spiritual embodiment of wisdom rather than intellectualism alone.

Duration:Approximately 500 hours of guided study and practicum over 9–12 months

Study Topics

Each component of the program weaves classical theology, contemplative spirituality, and modern consciousness science into a unified journey of sacred understanding.

Core Theology & Consciousness Studies (200 hours)

  • Advanced Christian Mysticism: Theology of divine union in the works of Teresa of Ávila and John of the Cross.
  • Quantum Theology: Exploring creation through the observer effect, resonance, and quantum participation in prayer.
  • Noetic Psychology: Consciousness, belief formation, and perception within the human divine interface.
  • Comparative Mystical Systems: Cross-cultural perspectives through Sufi, Kabbalistic, and Hesychast traditions.

Life Coaching and Ministry Practice (200 hours)
Aligned with AANWC Board Certified Life Coach (BCLC) competencies, this section refines the student’s real-world ministry application.

  • Coaching Psychology & Spiritual Transformation: Change theories, hierarchical motivation, and sacred reframing.
  • Boundaries, Ethics & Spiritual Advocacy: Ministerial ethics, client care, and scope of practice.
  • Mentor Coaching & Supervision: Minimum 20 supervised hours with faculty mentors.
  • Practicum II: 15-client case reviews showcasing transformational outcomes and evidence-based reflection.

Applied Integration (100 hours)
Bridging faith and fieldwork:

  • Quantum Prayer Laboratory: Experiential exploration of intention, frequency, and healing resonance.
  • Community Outreach Ministry: Coaching and counseling support in parish, interfaith, or humanitarian settings.
  • Integration Seminar: Peer discussion and reflective journals synthesizing theology and service.
Graduation Requirements

Capstone Project:
20-page mini-thesis titled Experiential Faith Transformation through Conscious Coaching, integrating scriptural, scientific, and experiential insights into a unique model of transformative practice.

Assessment:

  • Midterm exam on theological and consciousness integration
  • Practicum recordings and mentor evaluations
  • Final oral defense of mini-thesis before faculty board

Graduation Requirements:

  • Completion of all practicum hours and case studies
  • Successful dissertation defense and approval
  • Passing final doctoral competency exam with ≥80% score
  • Submission of ethical practice documentation and professional reference
