The Founders’ Circle for the Kairos Institute of Sacred Sciences (KISS) Degree Division is an invitation-only, early enrollment group for spiritually called leaders, aspiring ministers, and consciousness scholars ready to co-create the next generation of accredited theological and consciousness studies.

Your Degree Pathways

Bachelor of Arts in Spiritual Divinity

  • Theme: Foundations of Mystical Theology and Noetic Awareness

  • Duration: 200 hours (self-paced hybrid)

  • Core Studies: Christian mysticism, contemplative theology, and foundational consciousness studies.

  • Outcome: Spiritual formation, vocational alignment, and foundational ministry credential.

Master of Arts in Spiritual Divinity

  • Theme: Integrative Noetic Coaching and Consciousness in Ministry

  • Duration: 500 hours

  • Core Studies: Advanced Christian mysticism, comparative systems (Sufi, Kabbalistic, Hesychast), applied coaching psychology, and pastoral leadership ethics.

  • Outcome: Ecclesiastical ordination eligibility, AANWC ministry alignment, and professional coaching certification.

Doctor of Philosophy in Spiritual Divinity

  • Theme: Quantum Christology and Global Noetic Ministry

  • Duration: 1,000 hours

  • Core Studies: Conscious creation, leadership dynamics, quantum spirituality, pastoral neuroscience, dissertation, and field praxis.

  • Outcome: Doctoral ordination credential, global ministry leadership readiness, advanced board certification eligibility.

The Founders’ Experience

Spiritual Mentorship + Academic Mastery

Your weekly rhythm is built around guided spiritual practice, academic rigor, and reflection:

  • Meditation sessions, spiritual formation labs, and contemplative journaling.

  • Faculty mentoring through the Theology, Noetic Science, and Leadership departments.

  • Live sessions integrating sacred scripture, consciousness theory, and research.

Research and Applied Ministry

Founders take part in custom research labs and noetic field studies that explore relationships between divine intelligence, consciousness, and ministry.
Example capstone topics include:

Reflective Ministry Practice

Every degree includes supervised practicum hours, faith outreach, and a final oral reflection before the ecclesiastical board—an immersive journey of learning and living sacred science.

Founders’ Circle Eligibility

We’re seeking 30 founding students ready to begin the BA, MA, or PhD programs in 2026.
Ideal applicants demonstrate:

  • A vocational call to spiritual leadership, research, or transformative education.

  • Commitment to co-creative participation and program evaluation.

  • Alignment with faith-based yet academically rigorous paradigms of education.

  • Willingness to uphold the ethics and practice standards of AANWC-accredited ministries.
