The Founders’ Circle at the Kairos Institute of Sacred Sciences (KISS) is an invitation to stand at the origin of something extraordinary—a rare opportunity to shape the future of accredited sacred education while becoming one of its first certified or degreed graduates.

As a Founders’ Circle participant, you become part of Kairos history, helping refine curriculum, share insight, and lay the foundation for generations of holistic professionals, ministers, and educators to come.

What the Founders’ Circle Is

The Founders’ Circle is our Beta program, uniting the first cohorts from both our Certification and Degree divisions.

This collaborative experience allows a limited number of early enrollees to:

  • Join programs during their initial accreditation phase.

  • Receive exclusive tuition discounts and co-creation access.

  • Study directly with institute founders and lead faculty.

  • Offer feedback that influences final course formats, mentorship models, and practicum structures.

In exchange, Founders enjoy the privilege of being recognized as the pioneering class — the first to carry the spirit and standards of the Kairos Institute into the world.

Two Pathways, One Mission

Whether you choose a professional certification or academic degree, your purpose as a Founder is the same: to learn, embody, and refine the Kairos approach to sacred science—where ancient wisdom and modern evidence come together for the good of humanity.

Certification Founders’ Circle

Ideal for aspiring coaches, holistic practitioners, and integrative wellness professionals. Founders in the Certification tracks pioneer the three-tier system:

  • Level 1: Holistic Life Coach Certification

  • Level 2: Holistic Nutrition Coach Certification

  • Level 3: Doctor of Holistic Nutrition & Integrative Health

Founders participate directly in supervised practicum, mentorship feedback cycles, and curriculum refinement aligned with board standards.

You’ll graduate early as a certified practitioner, board eligible, spirit-led, and professionally prepared.

Degree Founders’ Circle

Created for future ministers, theologians, and consciousness scholars. Founders in our Ecclesiastical Degree Division engage in academic co-development across:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Spiritual Divinity

  • Master of Arts in Spiritual Divinity

  • Doctor of Philosophy in Spiritual Divinity

These students explore advanced coursework in Christian mysticism, noetic science, and quantum spirituality while collaborating on peer-reviewed research and formation experiences.

Degree Founders will complete their studies under direct faculty oversight and help shape the tone of Kairos’ signature spiritual formation model; one that unites faith, intellect, and public service.

Eligibility

The Founders’ Circle welcomes applicants who:

  • Feel called to help pioneer an accredited approach to sacred science education.

  • Demonstrate integrity, compassion, and a spirit of collaboration.

  • Commit to offering constructive feedback throughout the Beta phase.

  • Are ready to begin their personal and professional transformation immediately.

Each Founders’ cohort is limited to 30 total participants across both divisions to ensure personalized support, direct access to instructors, and meaningful contribution to the Beta process.

Timeline & Accreditation Goals

Kairos Institute is executing a structured accreditation process with the goal of full approval by February 2026.
All Founders’ Circle graduates will receive transcripts, certificates, and degrees reflecting AANWC, NANP, and AANWP-aligned standards upon completion, fully recognized once final accreditation is granted.

How to Join the Founders’ Circle

Step 1: Visit trainatkiss.org/apply and submit your application.
Step 2: Indicate your interest under “Founders’ Circle Beta Enrollment.”
Step 3: Complete the admissions discovery call with our team.
Step 4: Upon acceptance, confirm your placement with a small registration deposit.

Once accepted, you’ll receive your personalized welcome letter, access to the Kairos Online Portal, and your Founders’ Circle onboarding packet.
