Transparency in All Agreements

These Terms govern the use of the Kairos Institute of Sacred Sciences (KISS) website, learning platform, and all services. Enrollment and continued participation constitute acceptance of the following policies:

1. Academic Commitment
Students agree to adhere to all academic and conduct standards; extensions or deferrals must be requested in writing.

2. Payment Policy
All tuition and fees must be paid in full—or per the agreed payment plan—to maintain access to coursework and mentorship. Missed payments may result in suspension of enrollment until remediated.

3. Refund Policy
Withdrawal before course access grants a 75% tuition refund (minus any deposit). After coursework begins, refunds are prorated per week completed. No refunds are available after 50% of course completion.

4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, and documents are property of Kairos Institute. Students may use them for private educational purposes only.

5. Non-Discrimination Policy
KISS welcomes students of all faiths, identities, and cultural backgrounds. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will result in removal without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Practice
KISS programs are for educational and ecclesiastical training; graduates do not practice medicine or psychology unless separately licensed.

7. Data & Privacy
Personal information is securely stored and never sold or shared outside institutional operations. Payment processing complies with PCI-DSS standards through Shopify and Shop Pay.

8. Limitation of Liability
Kairos Institute and its affiliates are not liable for financial, emotional, or physical outcomes related to application or use of program information. Students accept full responsibility for personal and professional use.

9. Updates and Revisions
Kairos reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted at kairosinstitute.org/terms and applies upon publication.
