At the Kairos Institute of Sacred Sciences, admission is about more than just education—it’s answering a divine call.

We believe that if you feel drawn to this path, you’ve already begun your initiation. Our job is to give you the structure, mentorship, and certification that bring your calling into form.

Whether you’re pursuing a professional certification, a degree in spiritual divinity, or continuing education, your education at Kairos is designed to meet you where you are and elevate you toward professional purpose and spiritual mastery.

Kairos is a home for seekers, healers, and leaders in the making. We welcome:

Kairos is non-denominational and accessible to students from all faiths, educational backgrounds, and walks of life.

Program Options

Choose your academic pathway:

  • Certification Programs – Foundations in holistic health, life coaching, and functional nutrition.

  • Degree Programs – Ecumenical education in Spiritual Divinity with Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral tracks.

  • Continuing Education – Advanced and specialty modules for wellness practitioners, clergy, alumni, and certified professionals.

Each pathway includes hybrid learning; combining live mentorship, self-paced study, and supervised practicum for hands-on transformation.

Admission Requirements

Completion of High School education or GED is highly required. However, no prior medical, ministerial, or coaching credential is required for entry into foundational certifications.

Kairos seeks students with open minds, disciplined hearts, and a sincere desire to serve. We feel these essential qualities are necesary for all students to blossom in their studies:

  1. A genuine commitment to personal and collective growth.

  2. Respect for spiritual diversity and ethical integrity.

  3. Willingness to engage both intellectual rigor and deep self-reflection.

  4. Basic computer and communication skills for online coursework.

How to Apply

Your path begins with a simple, guided process designed to support your discernment.

Step 1: Choose Your Pathway
Explore Certification, Degree, and Continuing Education pages to identify your starting point.

Step 2: Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form at trainatkiss.org/apply, including your personal statement of purpose (approx. 700 words) describing what inspired you to apply and what you'll do with your training upon graduation.

You'll also 1 letter of recommendation from a mentor, spiritual advisor, client, or supervisor. No family submissions will be accepted. Please have them send it directly to admissions@kairosinstitute.org.

Step 3: Attend a Discovery Interview
After your application is reviewed, an admissions advisor will schedule a conversational interview to ensure mutual alignment and answer your questions about course structure, practicum, or board eligibility.

Step 4: Confirm Your Acceptance
Upon approval, you’ll receive your official acceptance packet, tuition details, and your orientation schedule.
A non-refundable registration deposit of $250 secures your cohort placement.

Step 5: Begin Your Journey
Students gain access to the Kairos Online Learning Portal two weeks prior to orientation. Mentors will guide you through course launch, technology setup, and community introductions.

Kairos tuition rates reflect our dedication to accessibility and integrity.

  • Certification Programs: Starting at $1297

  • Degree Programs: Starting at $1497 depending on level and duration

Tuition Assistance Options:

  • Monthly payment plans available at no added interest.

  • Merit and ministry-based scholarships available each term.

  • Discounts for Beta Founders’ Circle participants and clergy continuing education.

Transfer & Advanced Standing

Kairos welcomes transfer students and prior professionals with comparable coursework or practitioner experience. Advanced standing credit may be available for applicable certifications, ordination training, or continuing education from recognized boards.

Important Disclosures

Kairos Institute of Sacred Sciences provides accredited education in holistic wellness, coaching, theology, and consciousness studies. Graduates practice as certified coaches, educators, and ministers—not as medical or clinical professionals. All programs align with ethical scopes set forth by our governing boards.

Kairos is committed to transparency and expects to hold full board accreditation by February 2026. All current students and graduates will remain eligible for board pathways upon approval.
